Hey everyone, my name is Anthony — but most people know me as Nini. The nickname came from my coworkers, a term of endearment for being the youngest on the construction crew, and it stuck.
My barbecue journey kicked off about 6 years ago, almost by accident. I smoked a tri-tip at home, had way too many leftovers, and decided to bring it to work. I handed it out just to share — and that simple gesture lit a fire in my heart. The response was overwhelming, and before I knew it, barbecue became more than a hobby. It became my life and passion.
Fast forward to today, I’ve smoked over 3.2 metric tons of meat — by myself. Every brisket, rib, and tri-tip brought me one step closer to realizing my dream. I was born to cook, and I will fulfill my life purpose which is to serve all those in need. I’m all in on turning this passion into something real — a BBQ experience that brings people together through smoke, flavor, and heart.
